William M. Keeler
President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Bill Keeler is responsible for the operations, direction and growth of WNC.
Bill Keeler’s thirty-plus years of sales and marketing experience with financial institution insurance programs is a key component to WNC’s competitive edge. Bill Keeler’s thirty-plus years of sales and marketing experience with financial institution insurance programs is a key component to WNC’s competitive edge. Prior to joining WNC, Bill Keeler was the President and CEO of the Group Benefits and Financial Institutions Profit Center of American General Domestic Life Companies, a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group (AIG). His responsibilities included all credit insurance written through financial institutions and all life and disability products written through associations and employee benefits programs. Bill was also President and CEO of American General Assurance Company, American General Indemnity Insurance Company and United States Life Insurance Company Group’s operations.

Robert M. Goss
Executive Vice President, Finance
As Executive Vice President for Finance, Rob Goss is responsible for implementing WNC's financial management strategies and validating its financial operating results.
Mr. Goss has over twenty years of executive management experience and five years of insurance industry experience.

Mr. Goss has over twenty years of executive management experience and five years of insurance industry experience. He began his career in 1980 as a consultant for Coopers & Lybrand and subsequently served as CFO of Hillmans Foods (a foodservice company) and President and CFO of Transco (a provider of freight car parts and insulation products).
Most recently, Mr. Goss served as CFO of Aon Risk Services of the Americas from 1997 to 2002, reporting directly to its Chairman and CEO, Richard Riley. Mr. Goss is a certified public accountant and received his B.S. and MBA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance. |

Carl L. Herrmann, III
Executive Vice President, Products
As Executive Vice President for Products, Carl L. Herrmann III manages WNC's new and existing product research and development.
Through his extensive experience and knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry, he sees emerging trends, identifies new or hidden opportunities and initiates product and business alliance development to capitalize on such opportunities.

Through his extensive experience and knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry, he sees emerging trends, identifies new or hidden opportunities and initiates product and business alliance development to capitalize on such opportunities.
In his prior position as President and Chief Operating Officer of WNC First, Mr. Herrmann III was responsible for management and daily operations. During his eleven-year tenure as President, Mr. Herrmann III successfully negotiated major contracts that have generated more than $300 million in premiums.
Mr. Herrmann III's insurance industry career began in the early 1980s. He has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 1982 and is a trained Property and Casualty Adjuster. Before joining the company in 1991, a few of his executive duties while working at Insureco Insurance Services/ Transamerica Financial, included developing and managing the Lease Track System, managing positions in Sales Account Services and Research and Development. |

Norman G. Heinrich
Executive Vice President, Voluntary Flood Products
Norman Heinrich is responsible for the management, marketing and development of Voluntary Flood programs administered out of the WNC First Miami office. His thirty plus years of Property and Casualty sales, marketing and underwriting experience have given Norman the expertise to develop, administer and underwrite Flood insurance programs for insurance companies, wholesalers and reinsurance partners.

His thirty plus years of Property and Casualty sales, marketing and underwriting experience have given Norman the expertise to develop, administer and underwrite Flood insurance programs for insurance companies, wholesalers and reinsurance partners.
Prior to joining WNC, Norman was the Director of Marketing and Flood operations for Capital Assurance Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Skandia Companies. His responsibilities included the marketing and sales functions for the Property and Casualty units and the marketing and underwriting functions for the Flood operations. The Flood operations included voluntary and NFIP flood programs.
Norman Heinrich holds a degree in Accounting from Florida International University and is a licensed Property and Casualty agent and a Surplus Lines insurance agent. |

As Executive Vice President of the Direct Marketing Group, Dava Wittig is responsible for the leadership, sales and strategic planning of this division which specializes in providing ancillary products, administrative support and consulting services to the financial institution industry.
Dava’s 28 year career of providing strong direction and proven success is exemplified by her history in sales, marketing, loan servicing and management within the financial institution marketplace. She is a high-energy individual who is committed to providing unparalleled customer service, maintaining exceptional client relationships, offering quality products and introducing a variety of marketing opportunities that are suitable to each individual organization.
Dava has served in numerous senior-level positions with both WNC and Fleet Mortgage Group. Prior to joining WNC in 2003, she spent 13 years in management roles at Fleet Mortgage and was accountable for a variety of departments including Hazard Insurance, Optional Insurance Marketing, Collections, Payoffs and Assumptions as well as directing the activities of 125 staff members in the insurance division. Her extensive management and servicing experience have been invaluable in her current role.
She attended the school of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and holds insurance licenses in all states for Property/Casualty and Accident/Health. |

Susan J. Wilhite
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Services
As Senior Vice President for Marketing and Client Services, Susan Wilhite is responsible for client relationship management for the top clients, agents and producers. The coordination in all client services and relationships is managed through this department. In addition, Susan oversees all WNC marketing support for clients, sales, product and industry needs.

As Senior Vice President for Marketing and Client Services, Susan Wilhite is responsible for client relationship management for the top clients, agents and producers. The coordination in all client services and relationships is managed through this department. In addition, Susan oversees all WNC marketing support for clients, sales, product and industry needs.
Ms. Wilhite has over twenty years of extensive experience within the insurance industry including the areas of life, disability, unemployment, debt protection, as well as flood and wind products. Before joining WNC, Susan worked at AIG (American International Group) in the Credit Insurance division where she was responsible for client relationships for the largest banks within the AIG Credit business. During this same time she managed the Marketing and Training programs for this division as well. Her responsibilities included management of current business as well as any cross sell opportunities within the existing clients.
Susan also has a wide range of experience with large banking and insurance associations such as the NYBA (New York Bankers Association), ICBA (Independent Community Bankers Association) and ABIA (American Bankers Insurance Association). Susan’s insurance career began at USLife Credit Life Insurance Company and continued at American General Insurance Company before working at AIG.

John B. Tullius
Chief Underwriting Officer
As Chief Underwriting Officer, John’s primary responsibility is the management of property and casualty lender-placed insurance programs for financial institutions – including flood, hazard, wind, and physical damage coverage for automobiles. John and his Product Support team work very closely with all of WNC First’s insurance carriers, producers and client lenders to provide lending compliant insurance programs.

As Chief Underwriting Officer, John’s primary responsibility is the management of property and casualty lender-placed insurance programs for financial institutions – including flood, hazard, wind, and physical damage coverage for automobiles. John and his Product Support team work very closely with all of WNC First’s insurance carriers, producers and client lenders to provide lending compliant insurance programs.
Before joining WNC First, John’s career of more than 30 years was exclusively devoted to the insurance carrier side of the business – with major carriers such as Allstate, Transamerica, and most recently, Balboa. During his years with these companies, John was responsible for underwriting and product development of all types of property and casualty coverages such as automobile liability and physical damage, renters, condo-owners, boats and recreational vehicles, plus fire and homeowners coverages for property owners.
Recognized as an expert in lender-placed insurance products, John has had the opportunity to participate with state insurance regulators in the development of regulations that were effective in protecting the interests of consumers and lenders, as well as the insurance industry. John has also been able to provide expert testimony for the support of lender-placed programs in several areas of litigation.
John has dual degrees in Business and Marketing from the University of Southern California. |

Mark T. Sarrett

As Chief Executive Officer of Precise Adjustments, Inc., Mark is responsible for the operations, direction and growth of the organization, and he has been working with Precise since 2005.

As Chief Executive Officer of Precise Adjustments, Inc., Mark is responsible for the operations, direction and growth of the organization, and he has been working with Precise since 2005.
Mark has over 25 years in experience in the insurance claims industry and has been managing claims and other operations within insurance companies for over 22 years. He began his insurance career with Safeco Insurance Company and subsequently moved to Balboa Insurance Company where he became the Vice President of Claims.
Mark’s employment at Balboa and now Precise brings forth his claims experience from the viewpoint of the financial institutions. His varied career expertise has given him a unique and well-rounded perspective of claims service as well as a slant toward an entrepreneurial spirit.
Mark is a graduate of Biola University. |
